I’ve been involved with Young Life in Oxnard for the past 14 years! The first six as a volunteer and the last eight as the Director. My passion for our mission stems from the fact that I was born and raised in Oxnard- I lost all hope as a teenager in Oxnard- but I was also redeemed after a life of destruction in Oxnard! Now it is my privilege to help lead a mission that is completely focused on bringing Hope to the city that I love!

I came to Young Life to help kids with homework but to my surprise I found something better, the love of God. I made a personal decision to trust Jesus as Lord and it changed my whole life. I do Young Life because kids have to hear about Jesus because He truly transforms lives in amazing ways!
